Stairs

After been scammed with a builder the Wall Man who had taken a lot of money and left our back garden like a building site, we contacted William through federation of master builders website who from the start had been very efficient and honest had cleared and carried the required work to an amazing standard. All the workers amazingly courteous efficient and very meticulous. During the ongoing work William had kept in touch to make sure we were happy with everything. Which we were delighted. Would recommend Bradshaw contracts to anyone that wants a job done right from start.

Kitchen extension and flooring of full house including roffing

William and his team have been amazing! Very open about the work that needed to be done including some problem areas associated with the Architects drawings . He discussed the cost and work to be done in detail so I knew exactly where my money was going. He has kept me updated every step of the way and spent time with me shopping for materials to get the best price and upgrades. They used all new materials for us. William and his team are polite and professional and tidied up after each day. I would definitely recommend William at Bradshaw builders and his team and I would use them again.

Renovation

We’re so delighted that we went with Bradshaw contracts. They completed major works on our property – structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. They were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. They worked incredibly hard and to the highest quality. They have been readily available to come over and finish off the final snags. We look forward to working with Bradshaw contracts again.

High-level garden structure

The work was done competently and with good humour despite the constant rain. I would ask him to work for me again and recommend him to others, though the decking took 2 days more than William said it would take.

I was generally pleased with the extension work done by William at Bradshaw contracts builders which. They worked to good standards and obviously have a lot of experience as was able to offer ideas and solutions to any problems. William and his son is very friendly and approachable and I’ll definitely invite him back for any other work needed in our home.

Small front extension and renovation

Excellent job carried out refurbing a house including a new bathroom and kitchen. William was very professional in explaining the works and costs and was always available for any queries I had. The workers were very accommodating with how I wanted the house to be and clearly put a lot of effort in. I’m very happy with the end result. Would definitely use again! Highly recommend!!
